Boundless North: The Spirit of Norway
Norway is a land of contrasts, fjords carved by ice, mountains wrapped in cloud, and villages that cling to the water’s edge.
When I traveled through Geiranger, Hamnanova, and the wilds of Jotunheimen, I felt a stillness and power unlike anywhere else.
Boundless North is my attempt to capture that spirit: moments when nature feels infinite, and we are invited to pause, listen, and be.
The journey took me from fog-draped roads winding above Geiranger, to hikes along Hamnanova where sheep grazed in the mist, and into the rugged highlands of Jotunheimen, where glaciers sit timeless under gathering storms.
Each step carried me deeper into landscapes that were untamed yet deeply alive. These weren’t just hikes — they were moments that asked me to slow down, to feel, and to let the North leave its mark on me.
It wasn’t only about what I saw, but what I felt. The silence as fog descended. The weight of mountains hidden in storm. The quiet comfort of a lone cabin standing against the wild. Norway became less of a destination and more of a teacher of stillness, resilience, and wonder.
Boundless North is built from those moments. Each photograph is a fragment of the journey: the calm of Balance, the mystery of Cloak, the refuge of Haven, the depth of Hollow, the vastness of Jotun, and the quiet reflection of Framed.
